exactly what you need. We support all versions of NDS and eDirectory. Your personnel may get involved as little or as much as you choose (from
no involvement turn-key installation to full hands-on installation with complete

Installation
Installing a directory service is one of the most important tasks in any
network project. The directory is the foundation upon which all your other
network services are built. Your Network Operating System, E-Mail system,
file and print services and many other network applications depend on a properly
functioning directory service. If done
incorrectly it could lead to the a complete work stoppage at your company. Let us design and install your
directory service CORRECTLY.
Our network engineers will survey your sites, examine your network
infrastructure, server requirements, dependent applications and user needs. They will then provide you
with a detailed proposal specifying the tree design, partition and replication
strategies, and fault tolerance capabilities.
We will provide as many or as few services as you specify. We can do as
little as just consulting on the directory configuration plan, or as much as the
entire job. If you have personnel who will be handling tree administration,
we will get them involved during all phases and provide them with training. This
can be on the job hands-on training (our preference) or certified classroom
training. Optionally, we can provide all tree administration and technical
support after installation.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
We will provide you with maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting
assistance on any network (whether it was installed by us or not). Agreements
are available on either a per-incident or set fee basis. Levels of support range
from phone support only, all the way to full time on-site personnel.
